myAccountant has been designed so you can handle record keeping as quickly as possible. The easy entry for transaction details means that it will take you only minutes per day to complete your record keeping.  

Entering a payment into the Cashbook automatically enters the person to whom the payment was made into the Contacts list. Search ahead entry fields let you avoid having to key in the entire name for each contact.

ACCOUNTS Provides for unlimited bank accounts. Each account can have its own Income and Expense categories tailored to suit the particular purpose of that account. myAccountant has a variety of account types to meet most needs of a personal account or a simple business account.  Categories may be added or removed to suit specific requirements.

ORGANISER Schedule meetings, appointments, birthdays and other important reminders.

CONTACTS Records personal and business contacts. Details include phone numbers, address details as well as detailed notes about each contact.
